AI Builder Specialist

About the Role

We are an ambitious, fast-moving startup building and scaling multiple products across our blockchain ecosystem—and we move fast. We’re looking for an AI Builder Specialist to own web and app builds using cutting-edge AI tools like Lovable.dev.

This is an entry-level position open to fresh graduates, career switchers, or anyone with a sharp eye for AI development. No IT, coding, or computer science background is needed. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, think on your feet, and direct AI to transform ideas into high-quality, functional products.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on web apps, landing pages, and dashboards using Lovable.dev, Bolt, v0, and other AI-builder tools.

• Turn rough briefs or startup concepts into working sites and applications by effectively prompting AI—no manual coding required.

• Work dynamically across multiple early-stage brand builds, adapting quickly to each product's identity and goals.

• Test builds, catch bugs, and refine instructions back to the AI until the product is seamless.

• Iterate rapidly based on feedback from founders and executive leadership.

• Keep organized while managing concurrent startup projects in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Haves

• AI Enthusiast: Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Lovable.dev—or passionate about learning them fast.

• Eye for Product & AI Development: A strong instinct for what works visually and functionally on the web, even without formal technical vocabulary.

• Clear Communicator: Excellent at giving instructions—you know how to describe issues clearly so AI can fix them.

• Startup Mindset: Detail-oriented, patient with trial-and-error, and thrives in a scrappy, fast-moving environment.

• No Tech Degree Required: Fresh graduates, self-taught AI enthusiasts, and candidates looking for a fresh start are encouraged to apply.

Nice-to-Haves

• Hands-on experience with no-code or AI builders (Lovable.dev, Bolt.new, v0, Canva, Webflow), even on personal or side projects.

• A basic sense of design to make pages look clean and modern without needing a dedicated designer.
