Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager who can monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. He/She will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve specific goals in a high-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

• Create sales proposals to meet customer’s expectations
• Support sales team with timely quotations
• Handle inter-company quotations
• Ensure that the business unit achieves the desired gross profit
• Set and track sales targets for the team
• Manage the sales administration process
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
• Maintain price lists and price booklets
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Ensure sales, finance and legal requirements are met
• Align sales and delivery expectations
• Handle the outsourcing of services
• Manage and grow partner and vendor relationships

Job Requirements

• Possesses a Bachelor Degree in Sales, Business Administration or a relevant field
• Has proven work experience as an inside sales manager in ICT environment
• Has hands on experience with CRM & ERP software and MS Tools
• Possesses in-depth understanding of the sales administration process
• Has excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• Possesses excellent communication skills
• Has global mindset and is culturally-sensitive
• Has strong analytical and organizational skills
• Has numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
