BIM Modeller

Job Description

1) Responsible for both BIM Modeling and detailing, which includes extracting drawings from specialist and convert it to standards that follow the prescribed BIM Manual standards.

2) Ensure model alignment with compliance and proper execution from BIM Manual standards and processes.

3) Collaborate with various disciplinary teams on the model and design changes.

4) Assist in the submission, tender and construction drawings.

Requirements

1) Minimum qualification: a specialist diploma in BIM

2) At least 1-2 years of experience in BIM Modeling

3) Possess relevant knowledge of building projects

4) Have good written and oral communication skills

5) Able to communicate at all organizational levels
