Business Development Manager – IT Services & Staffing

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in B2B IT services, technology consulting or IT staffing.

This role focuses on developing and managing corporate clients, selling IT staffing and technology services, and managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with corporate and enterprise clients
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Identify IT staffing, consulting and project opportunities
• Build relationships with IT, business and procurement stakeholders
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Work with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfil client requirements
• Achieve revenue and sales targets

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant B2B sales or account management experience
• Experience in IT staffing, technology recruitment, IT consulting, professional services or outsourcing
• Proven experience selling to corporate or enterprise clients
• Good understanding of IT roles and technology terminology
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong client relationship, negotiation and communication skills
