Pan Asia Enabler Team Lead

Job Details:

· Manage Singapore Sales team, ensuring sales performance of the current team.

· Key Account Management: Identifying and develop key accounts within the APAC region. Proposing business partnerships and establish networks with Pan-Asian retail groups, global franchises, caterings, distributors, e-commerce.

· Lead the New Business Development and Emerging Market Development teams.

· Perform other duties as assigned bythe CJ Foods APAC CEO.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher.

· 10~15 years of experience in Top 5 food companies in Pan Asian region or Global Food company or FMCG industry experience.

· Proven leadership experience in New Market Creation (NMC), with the ability to managea diverse team composed of members from various nationalities, ethnicities, andbackgrounds.

· Experience in sales, marketing, orstrategic planning within the food business.

· Proactive and ambitious personality with growth mindset.

· Strong communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
