Finance and Operations Executive

Soulfide is a small but fast growing company. We handle a reasonable size global business with operations in 4 countries. Soulfide manufactures and sells RFID solutions (hardware), which is manufactured in two countries and supplied to 4. We currently own registered IP in Singapore

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Finance & Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, statutory compliance, and logistics coordination for our Singapore entity. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role suited to someone comfortable owning multiple operational workstreams in a small, fast-moving company.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounts

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries) using accounting software (Zoho). Knowledge of Zoho is a big PLUS.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow summaries
• Manage invoicing, receivables follow-up, and vendor payments
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for annual audit/filing
• Track intercompany transactions and license fee invoicing between Soulfide Singapore and its India entities

Payroll

• Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and IR8A/IR21 filings
• Administer employee claims, leave records, and benefits
• Ensure timely submission of payroll-related statutory filings

Government & Regulatory Compliance

• Manage ACRA filings (annual returns, changes in company particulars)
• Coordinate corporate tax filing (Form C-S/C) with tax agents, IRAS correspondence
• Maintain compliance with MOM employment regulations (work passes, employment contracts)
• Track and renew business licenses, IPO/trademark filings, and other regulatory registrations as needed
• Maintain statutory registers and support company secretarial matters (with corp sec provider)
