Printing & Logistics Associate (Facilities & Operations Support)

Our client is hiring a hands-on Printing & Logistics Associate to support facilities maintenance, warehouse operations, printing, and logistics coordination. This role suits candidates with experience in operations support, technician work, or logistics roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support basic facilities maintenance and coordinate servicing with vendors/contractors
• Assist with simple troubleshooting of office and AV equipment
• Handle printing, packing, and delivery of materials
• Support logistics activities such as setup, relocation, and moving of items
• Assist with warehouse inventory, stock-taking, and organisation
• Prepare basic delivery documents and provide general operations support

Requirements:

• NITEC or equivalent in Engineering, Logistics, Facilities Management, or related field
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Hands-on, physically fit, and comfortable with manual work
• Basic technical troubleshooting and coordination skills
• Team player with good communication skills

📍Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm
