Here are the Must haves:

• Drop Shipment
• SAP
• LC, Import and export knowledge
• Chemical or related industry preferred

1. Process Drop shipment orders

Process orders received from sales or customers for APAC customers

Liaise with respective parties for smooth order execution

Consolidations of orders to the best possible extent

Follow up on orders and shipping documents for on time receiving and invoicing and sales recognition

Liaise with warehouse for the most cost-effective order preparation, to meet customer requested date

Sourcing of the most cost-effective transporter and forwarder to fulfil customers’ orders timely.

Coordinate incoming import Iso tanker port clearance and delivery to customer to avoid port demurrage

Evaluate and monitor the transporter / forwarder performance

Timely and accurate GRN for real time stock status

Provide shipping documents to customers, prepare insurance for each shipment

Provide weekly open order reports to customers, sales and to management

Prepare OTIF Report every 1 day of the month

Process LC orders for Indonesia and Vietnam customers

Check Draft LC and provide revision to customer if needed before issuing original copy

Prepare shipping documents as required in the LC

Provide support to sales by providing information on sales open orders, COA, Vessel Sailing Schedules and shipping cost

Attend weekly meetings via Teams with planners and shipping team to discuss all open orders issue and updates

2. Process Drop shipment order for Green Project

Process Green orders coming from Amol

Check and saved all documents as per given and selling price from costing team

Ship confirms only based on POD acceptance

Invoice will send by Billing in charge to Finance with all headers

3.Process Import shipments
