Finance Manager

Job Description

• Oversee APACentities month end closing processes
• Perform closing for Singapore entities
• Review monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with applicable accountingstandards.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and major accountingadjustments.
• Analyse revenue, gross profit, operating expenses and other key financialvariances.
• Liaise with Auditor, Tax agent etc
• Ensure intercompany accounts are reconciled regularly
• Providing support to APAC counterpart when required
• Ad-hoc task required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree inAccounting & Financing or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot Table preferred)
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP)
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and able to liaise with internal and external parties
• Team player with positive working attitude
