Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Wushu Coach to join our team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Wushu training programmes for children, teenagers and adults, with a focus on developing students’ technical skills, physical fitness, discipline and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular Wushu training classes for children, youth and adult students.

* Plan and deliver structured training programmes according to students’ age and skill level.

* Teach Wushu fundamentals, Taolu and/or Sanda techniques.

* Monitor students’ progress and provide appropriate coaching and feedback.

* Prepare students for Wushu competitions, performances and demonstrations when required.

* Ensure proper warm-up, conditioning, training techniques and safety procedures during lessons.

* Maintain a positive, disciplined and encouraging learning environment.

* Communicate professionally with students, parents and management.

* Assist with Wushu events, workshops, performances and competitions.

* Participate in coaching-related administrative and programme development work when required.

* Ensure all training activities comply with relevant safety and organisational requirements.
