Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse (ICU/ Central/ 12 hour shifts)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse to join our ICU team and provide safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibility:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols.
• Operate and manage critical care equipment and monitoring devices.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patients’ conditions.
• Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals on patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital standards.
• Support patients and families and participate in training and quality improvement activities.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Nursing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' in ICU experience.
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Advanced Nursing Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including night shifts.
