Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale / Retail trade
• Position Title: Admin
• Working Location: Chinatown
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,200
• Duration: Temporary Role

Key Responsibilities

• File all expense, income, and other documents accurately in the appropriate files.
• Print emails related to the Director and translate them into Chinese for his review.
• Arrange travel matters, including booking air tickets and topping up portable Wi-Fi.
• Handle other ad-hoc requests as assigned.
• Handle general administrative matters and facilities-related tasks as assigned.
• Respond to enquiries through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Assist with tenants’ facility needs, such as water leakage, lift repairs, and other maintenance matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
