Painter Supervisor

The Painter Supervisor oversees painting works on-site, ensuring quality finishes, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects. Coordinate workers, materials, and schedules while maintaining standards according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand 3D Drawing
• Go site by site make sure painting complete
• Follow introduction from company
• Handle worker issue
• Plan and schedule painting works according to project timeline
• Ensure proper surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, priming) before painting
• Monitor quality of painting works (finishing, coating thickness, consistency)
• Inspect completed work and rectify defects when required
• Coordinate with main contractors, site engineers, and other trades
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations (WSH)
• Manage and control usage of materials, tools, and equipment
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety practices on-site
• Maintain site records and progress reports
