💰 Remuneration & Perks:

• Base Salary: $2,300/month (Fixed)

• Monthly Incentives: $500 – $1,000/month (Achievable KPIs!)

• Bonus: 13th Month Bonus (AWS)

📍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Warmly greet and assist customers with their purchases.

• Handle customer records, order processing, and simple payments.

• Assist with store inventory management (receiving, stock count, and display).

• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming store environment.

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Pleasant, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays (5-day work week / 44 hours).

• Prior retail or optical experience is a plus, but no experience required!
