Aesthetic Consultant

Job Description:

• Recommendation of skincare products and services

• Deliver professional consultation and evaluation of customers’ needs

• Build and maintain long-term relationship with customers

• Follow up consultation with customers with regards to their treatments and products purchased

Requirements:

• Cheerful, positive working attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills

• Well-groomed, customer-oriented, sales driven and trustworthy

• Disciplined and is a self-motivator (able to work independently)

• Passion in spa and wellness services.

• Well-versed in both English and Chinese (Provide after sales support and attend to English and Mandarin speaking customers' queries / complains)

• Training will be provided
