Social Media Manager | SEO SEM | Professional Services Industry

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Manager to steer the company’s digital presence and drive engagement across social media platforms. The primary focus of this role is to promote the company’s services to potential clients, enhance brand reputation, and support business growth through creative, data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage potential clients, and drive business growth
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, Xiao Hong Shu) to generate leads and revenue
• Create, curate, and manage content, including video content and marketing materials, across relevant platforms
• Work closely with interdepartmental teams to understand business needs and gather relevant information for effective campaigns
• Monitor social media and ad performance, analyse engagement and conversion metrics, and provide actionable insights
• Manage the company’s online presence professionally and respond to inquiries or comments
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure campaigns align with branding and marketing objectives
• Implement strategies that enhance the company’s image and maximise ROI

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, including content creation and video production
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication abilities
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively across teams
• Experienced in managing paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, and Xiao Hong Shu, including end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation to drive engagement, generate leads, and support overall business growth
