Job Description & Requirements
The Swimming Coach is responsible for delivering high quality swimming programmes adhering to the in-house swimming programme of the swim school.
Skills & Requirement:
- Minimum of 1 year relevant teaching experience an advantage
- Recognized swim teacher certification or degree in Physical Education an advantage
- Able to conduct programmes for Babies, Preschool and Learn to Swim
- Fluent in English
- Ability to speak in an additional language an advantage
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends/ public holidays.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
- Excellent communicator with both children and adults
- Possess the ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
- Perseverance and patience
- A good understanding of how to differentiate in a teaching session
- Professional, punctual and well-organized person responsible for the implementation, development and organization of swimming classes
