About This Role

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Account Executive to join our team and develop engaging concepts for social media campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results. If you're someone who enjoys blending creative execution with strong client relationship management, this role is for you. You'll be responsible for creating and driving social media marketing campaigns and client retainer accounts, while managing client expectations, maintaining account health, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality assets that resonate with target audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Social Media Account Executive, you'll manage social media campaigns and client retainer accounts, overseeing content delivery, account performance, and client satisfaction. Here's what your responsibilities will include:

• Content Production: Turn concepts into reality by executing basic production tasks and capturing simple social content.

• Designer & Editor Collaboration: Work with designers and video editors to bring the creative vision to life through clear communication and direction.

• Client Communication: Build strong client relationships by understanding their briefs, presenting concepts persuasively, and executing the plans effectively.

• Client Brand Management: Manage the clients’ social media accounts, monthly content production, reports and community management.

• Support New Business Pitches: Assist in crafting pitch proposals by developing sample social media content to demonstrate capabilities and secure new client accounts.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse social performance data to identify trends and generate insights that improve future campaigns.

• Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain content calendars to keep campaigns organized and ensure deadlines are met with quality work.

• Platform & Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes to identify new opportunities for clients.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in social media account management and content creation, preferably in an agency environment

• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms

• Proficiency with content creation tools (like AdobeCreative Suite, Canva, CapCut) and social media management platforms

• Strong understanding of social media analytics and data interpretation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills foreffective client presentations

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, DigitalMedia, or related field (or equivalent experience)
