Central Kitchen Executive

*Working location will be at Mandai Link*

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Culinary, Central Kitchen team and overall F&B operations
• Assist with light packing, handling and organisation of goods
• Receive, check and document incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality
• Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Assist with menu translation, design, for Central Kitchen needs
• Manage staff scheduling, leave applications and maintaining accurate records and data for the F&B department
• Support the procurement activities, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies for the Central Kitchen
• Handle basic accounts-related tasks such as filing invoices, organising payment documents and maintaining proper financial documentation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE-O Level
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
