Woodlands / Contract Manager / Senior Contracts Manager(QS / Quantity Surveyor) General Building Project experience

· · Lead and coordinatetender exercises for building projects, including quantity take-offs, pricingstrategies, and submission preparation.

· Supervise and mentorQuantity Surveyors across various levels, fostering team development andperformance.

· Manage project-relatedQS functions such as budgeting, cost monitoring, variation orders, and claimsadministration.

Requirements:

· Degree in QuantitySurveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

· Minimum of 8-10 years ofrelevant Quantity Surveying experience, including a minimum of 3 years in asupervisory or managerial capacity.
