🧪 QA Technician (Laboratory)

📍 Ang Mo Kio | Full-Time

Join a leading manufacturing environment as a QA Technician, supporting laboratory analysis and quality activities to ensure consistent product standards.

🔬 Key Responsibilities

• Perform ICP-OES analysis and other laboratory activities supporting manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation and statistical data.
• Monitor SPC trends and review analysis results for abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot daily laboratory analysis issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, databases and proper housekeeping.
• Monitor inventory levels for pure metals, master alloys and laboratory supplies.
• Ensure compliance with 7S requirements, laboratory procedures and work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience with ICP-OES, IC, XRF, UV-Vis or titration is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail with strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a laboratory environment with required PPE and cleanroom/workwear requirements.
