DISPATCH RIDER

Job Summary

We are seeking a Dispatch Rider to collect, sort, and deliver documents and to ensure timely forwarding of redemption monies to banks.

Responsibilities

• Collect documents from clients' offices accurately and efficiently to support operational workflows
• Sort documents systematically to ensure proper delivery and processing
• Deliver sorted documents to banks and law firms punctually to meet client and regulatory deadlines
• Execute options and completions as part of daily operational tasks to support legal processes
• Forward redemption monies to banks before 10am daily to ensure timely financial transactions
• Plan daily schedules and coordinate a team of riders to optimize delivery routes and team performance
• Manage and lead the team of riders to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
• Adapt quickly to dynamic work situations by multitasking and making fast, effective decisions under pressure
• Take ownership of assigned work to ensure accountability and quality outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• Own a personal bike to perform delivery duties
• Demonstrate relevant experience managing a team to lead operational staff effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the legal industry, specifically conveyancing, to better understand document handling requirements
