System Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. The role involves Level-2 support, user access management, cybersecurity operations, software licensing, vendor coordination and day-to-day IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support and coordinate Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) operations with vendors.
• Provide L2 support for incidents, service requests and technical issues.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Exchange Online.
• Manage software assets, licenses and compliance.
• Support patching, vulnerability management and endpoint security.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor SLA/service performance.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records and operational reports.
• Support IT changes, upgrades, audits and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in System Administration, IT Operations, Infrastructure Support or Managed Services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint security, patching and vulnerability management.
• Experience working with vendors/MSPs and ITIL-based processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
