Brand Ambassador

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Brand Ambassadors to represent our organisation at events, public locations, and promotional activities. The role combines charity fundraising, customer engagement, and sales.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will interact directly with members of the public, raise awareness about our charitable initiatives, encourage donations/support, and promote relevant products or services in a professional and positive manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organisation and its brand professionally at events, roadshows, and promotional locations.
• Engage with members of the public and create positive conversations.
• Introduce and explain our charity campaigns, causes, and fundraising initiatives.
• Encourage individuals to support charitable campaigns through donations or other approved methods.
• Promote and sell relevant products, services, or campaigns where applicable.
• Achieve individual and team sales and fundraising targets.
• Build rapport with customers and supporters and answer questions confidently.
• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and charity initiatives.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude throughout each campaign.
• Record customer/donation information accurately and follow all company procedures.
• Work closely with the team and participate in training, briefings, and promotional activities.
• Represent the organisation in accordance with its values, policies, and ethical fundraising standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
• Comfortable speaking with members of the public.
• Sales, fundraising, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving results.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work at events, roadshows, and other public-facing locations.
• Must be comfortable with approaching and engaging new people.
