Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Branding & Asset Management: Design, standardize, and maintain corporate presentation decks, company profiles, business cards, and digital asset templates with high attention to brand consistency.

  • Digital & Channel Management: Independently manage website content updates, plan and write posts for LinkedIn, and liaise with external SEO vendors to track and maintain web optimization.

  • Events & CSR Execution: Take charge of end-to-end planning and execution for internal employee engagement events and coordinate the yearly client-based charity campaign.

  • ESG & Compliance Coordination: Act as the main internal coordinator between engineering/operations teams and external consultants to gather data, write content, and keep the annual ESG reporting on schedule.

  • Vendor & Merchandise Procurement: Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors for corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, printing, and digital services.

  • Executive Support: Provide versatile administrative and communications support directly to the CEO and Business Director on strategic projects and ad-hoc requests.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related fields with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a corporate communications, branding, or generalist administrative role.

  • Autonomy & Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate strong self-discipline in managing deadlines.

  • Design Capability: Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and advanced PowerPoint formatting for executive-level presentations.

  • Content & Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills to craft LinkedIn posts, internal collaterals, and executive copy independently.

  • Vendor & Project Coordination: Confident in managing external vendors (SEO agencies, printers, event organizers, ESG vendor) and pushing internal cross-functional teams for project deliverables.

  • Teamwork – refer to other JD to input
