Project Engineer / Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

PROJECT

● Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established foreach project.

● Conduct or Attend Daily Safety Meeting/Toolbox Meeting;

● Attends internal and/or external meetings relating to the respective projects;

● Co-ordinate and interact with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors;

● To support Sales and Service Teams with Technical Drawings and calculations as per customers’ requirements;

● Prepare & update project status by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information gathered;

● Responsible for updating on technical information / documentation;

● Responsible for the daily project operations of the company;

● Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules;

STANDARDS

● Ensure the compliance to ISO Standards and processes, WHS regulations, Code of Practices, Design and Welding Standards (QA/QC requirements);

● Involvement as an internal auditor for annuals ISO audit;

● Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations;

DOCUMENTATION

● Prepare, submission and filing of Project related reports such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement(MOS), Lifting Plan, Manpower Appointment, Permit to Work and etc;

● Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;

● Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
