Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to phone and online queries from visitors and guests.
• Handle visitors’ registration and provide the necessary information /directions.
• Greet all visitors and guests and serve as the primary point of contact for their needs.
• Communicate visitors’ requests or queries with the relevant internal teams to ensure a timely response.
• Perform administrative work such as handling billing, updating guest records, managing facilities bookings, preparing shift handovers and managing reports.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Able to commit to contract duration: 2 months, extendible.
• Prior customer service experience
