Job Summary

Join PlayFACTO @ Pioneer as a Student Care Teacher and make a positive difference in the lives of primary school students. You will support their academic progress and character development through guided homework sessions, positive education and engaging enrichment activities, all within a warm and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Primary 1 to 6 students in completing their daily homework and spelling tasks accurately and on time
• Conduct engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, Chinese and Science based on PlayFACTO’s enrichment and character development programmes
• Provide emotional support and help students resolve conflicts positively to develop their confidence and social-emotional skills
• Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child’s academic progress, behaviour and key milestones
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all students
• Handle administrative duties such as preparing newsletters, tracking student progress, responding to parents, and collecting fees and forms
• Support centre activities and perform other duties assigned by the Centre Director

Requirements

• A diploma in any discipline or relevant experience working with primary school students
• Able to guide Primary 1 to 6 students in English, Mathematics, Chinese and Science
• Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
• A positive and solution-focused attitude when facing challenges
• A genuine passion for working with children and inspiring them to enjoy learning
