Job Responsibilities:
• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) work as assigned by thesupervisor.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, reinstate power supply and providerecommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Troubleshoot air-conditioning faults, restore systems to normal operation andprovide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Carry out general building and equipment maintenance, including repair ofburst water pipes, mechanical works, medical gas systems and other relatedfacilities equipment.
• Maintain accurate, complete and timely documentation for all maintenanceactivities.
• Support contractor and vendor management.
• Assist with monitoring, reporting and coordination duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Facilities Management.
• Able to commit to working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
  Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Working hours are subject to duty roster.)
• Able to commit to contract duration: 1 year.
