Senior Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Secure sales for the property to maximise revenue and achieve or exceed budget targets.

• Develop new business and maintain existing accounts across all market segments through daily sales calls and prospecting.

• Grow the property’s long-stay and extended-stay market share.

• Conduct regular site inspections with key and potential clients.

• Monitor account productivity and propose action plans.

• Prepare and submit sales and revenue reports on time.

• Supervise Sales staff.

• Opportunity to be involved in online sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality or related industry.

• Experience in Corporate, Relocation, and Corporate Housing segments is an advantage.

• Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.

• Positive, energetic, and able to multitask with a can-do attitude.
