About this job

Homeowner Caller (Lead Concierge)

SGD 2,000/month base + uncapped performance incentives · Remote, Singapore-based · Flexible hours

Network runs the renovation portal that connects Singapore homeowners with 120+ interior design firms. Homeowners come to us before they've picked anyone. We help them figure out what they actually need, then put them in front of the right firms.

This is not telesales. Nobody on your list is a cold contact. Every homeowner you speak to submitted their own details on our portal and is expecting to hear from us. Your job is to be the person who picks up.

What the role actually is

A homeowner about to spend 40 to 80 thousand dollars on their first renovation is anxious and under-informed. They don't know what a fair quote looks like or which questions to ask. You are the first human they speak to in the process.

Most of them are not ready on day one. They're waiting on keys, arguing with a spouse about budget, or still saving Pinterest boards. So the job is not one good call. It's staying with a homeowner for weeks, sending them work from firms that match their style, answering the question they were too embarrassed to ask a designer, and knowing when they're finally ready to be matched.

Get the match right and the firm gets a homeowner who's prepared. Get it wrong and you've wasted everyone's time, including the homeowner's.

Where you sit in the funnel

Between a homeowner submitting their details and that homeowner deciding to work with our panel of design firms. That decision is the job. Everything upstream of you is marketing and everything downstream is the firm, and neither works if the homeowner never gets comfortable enough to commit.

We track that in four states. Following Up is initial contact with incomplete information. Nurturing is building clarity and trust. Qualified means ready and matched. Unqualified means not suitable, which is a real and useful answer, not a failure.

Homeowners should be moving between those states. A pipeline sitting still is the signal that something in your approach needs to change.

Do this for a year and you'll know the Singapore renovation market better than most people working inside it.

What you'll do

  • Reach out fast. New leads get first contact within 10 minutes. You'll pick up three to five new homeowners a day, so there's no excuse for a slow one.
  • Qualify properly. Housing type, budget, key collection timeline, style, areas to renovate, floor plan, how many designers they want. Written down clearly enough that a designer can read it and be prepared.
  • Run the group chats. Once a homeowner is matched you're in the chat with them and the firm. Keep it moving, surface the questions the homeowner won't ask a designer directly, flag problems while they're still small.
  • Nurture the ones who aren't ready. Most homeowners sit here for weeks. Check in like a person, not a system. Share real projects, ID social pages, inspiration relevant to their home. Trust is what converts, not pressure.
  • Move them to Qualified, or call it early. Pick the firms from our panel that genuinely fit that project, not the ones with capacity. If they're never going to commit, say so and label it properly.
  • Keep your pipeline clean. WhatsApp labels and Airtable current, every homeowner accurately classified, nothing sitting still without a reason. This is a condition of your incentive, not an afterthought.
  • Show up to the huddles. Monday and Thursday, 9:30 AM. Live call reviews, pipeline health, and structured feedback with the sales team.

Hours

Flexible. We don't watch a clock and we don't count hours.

What we do need is for you to be contactable across roughly 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, because that's when homeowners are reachable and a new lead going cold for three hours is a lead lost. Structure the rest of your day how you like.

Singapore rules apply and we follow them. Calls inside that window. Outside it, text first and only call if the homeowner has told you it's fine.

What you earn

Base is SGD 2,000. Everything below is on top, and this is where the money actually is.

Each qualified homeowner is 1 point. Complimentary homeowners are half a point.

  • 21 to 25 points: +$150
  • 26 to 35 points: +$250
  • 36 to 45 points: +$250
  • Every 10 points after that: +$250

Tiers are cumulative and there is no cap. Hit 32 points and you've earned $400.

When the team collectively clears 100 points in a month, everyone qualifying gets a pool bonus on top, from $150 up to $500 at 180+ points. Same amount for everyone, no weighting.

Incentives require timely follow-ups, clean labels and Airtable, accurate classification, and no quality issues. Hitting a number with messy admin doesn't pay.

What you need

  1. Fluent English. Mandarin or Malay is a real advantage, plenty of homeowners prefer it.
  2. Experience talking to customers on the phone. Sales, service, hospitality, insurance, any of it works.
  3. The patience to stay with someone for six weeks before they're ready.
  4. The judgment to hold a real conversation instead of running down a form.
  5. Stable internet, a quiet place to work, your own laptop.
  6. Genuinely organised. Half this job is keeping records other people rely on.

Don't apply if

  • You want a script. This role doesn't have one and won't get one.
  • You talk more than you listen. The homeowner should be doing most of it.
  • Admin bores you. Clean pipeline hygiene is how the incentive gets paid.
  • You let messages sit. Most of this job lives in WhatsApp and homeowners notice silence.
  • Flexible reads to you as barely available. Being reachable across the day is the one hard rule.
  • You need someone in the room to keep you working. Remote means we're trusting you with your own day.
  • You're looking for something to hold until a better offer lands. We're investing months in teaching you this market.
