Programme Executive (Family Services)

Job Description

• Coordinate and execute family engagement programmes such as parenting workshops and parent child bonding activity.
• Supervise and monitor the volunteer-led programmes for children.
• Monitor the well-being of the children and flag up to Social Worker when detect unusual behaviour of children in the programme.
• Evaluate and monitor programmes’ effectiveness. Gather feedback and make adjustment to improve programme quality and impact.
• Engage stakeholders and partners for programmes and community development project.
• Assist Social Worker in conducting needs and intake assessment of cases.
• Support Social Worker in conducting groupwork or workshops for children.
• Administer financial assistance and referral of resources.
• Administrative support for corporate events and programmes.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Psychology, Social Science or related discipline.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with integrity and commitment.
• Prior experience in the programme coordination in the social service sector is preferred.
