Lead Engineer- Clean Piping

KeyResponsibilities:

· Lead and managesite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans andspecifications

· Review and ensureimplementation of technical documents and procedures

· Coordinate withstakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors

· Monitor and report on project progress, cost, and quality

· Manage resources,including labor, equipment, and materials

· Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment

· Lead monthly project meetings with clients and stakeholders

· Ensure timely submission of documents and reports

· Prepare NCRS, Punch lists and ensure timely closure with constractor

· Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 15 years of experience in Pharama/Semiconductor/power and petrochemical construction,testing, and commissioning

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Knowledge of international codes and standards

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Familiarity with local regulations (BCA, NEA)

· Certified welding inspector CSWIP3.1
