Our client is a social service agency dedicated to supporting displaced and disadvantaged individuals and families, while also providing childcare services that nurture and empower children in a safe and caring environment.
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Woodlands
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective communications and marketing strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.
- Plan and execute content marketing initiatives across relevant communication channels.
- Create compelling and engaging content for different audiences, including written, digital and organisational communications.
- Lead the development of communications materials, campaigns, stories and other content to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams and leadership to identify communication and partnership opportunities.
- Lead and guide 1 Communications Executive, including task allocation, coaching and performance support.
- Support partnership initiatives and develop relationships with churches, community organisations and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor communication and marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with the organisation's values, tone and objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, content marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role, with experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful communications and marketing strategies.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in partnership or community engagement will be an advantage.
- Comfortable engaging with churches, pastors, priests and faith-based community stakeholders.
