Temp HR Admin / Recruiter

Job Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring activities, including candidate coordination and interview arrangements.
• Handle general HR enquiries and provide administrative support to employees and the HR team.
• Assist with HR-related activities, initiatives and projects as required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties on HR matters when necessary.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR, recruitment or administration would be advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
