Marketing Executive | Up to $3400/mth | BoonLay / Jurong

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute mall marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal activities and events to drive shopper engagement and footfall.
• Support the rollout and ongoing marketing of the mall mobile app, driving app downloads, user engagement and participation in promotions.
• Coordinate roadshows, festive campaigns, events and on-ground activations, ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion.
• Work closely with tenants, agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns, promotional activities and mall initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content across EDMs, social media, digital channels and other communication platforms.
• Manage the production and deployment of marketing collaterals and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with campaign requirements and timelines.
• Engage tenants to encourage participation in mall-wide campaigns, promotions, events and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, shopper engagement, footfall and app-related metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage campaign timelines, logistics, vendor coordination and administrative requirements to ensure activities are delivered smoothly.
• Support marketing budgets, quotations, invoices and expenditure tracking, ensuring campaigns are delivered within approved budgets.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify retail trends, consumer behaviour and new marketing opportunities.
• Provide general support for the mall’s marketing and customer engagement initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in mall/retail marketing, events, campaigns or consumer marketing would be advantageous.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with tenants, vendors and agencies.
• Hands-on, organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and projects concurrently.
• Good understanding of digital and social media marketing.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
