About this job
Responsibilities
Tender:
- Carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price for comparison
- Prepare tender and contract documents\Prepare and analyse costings for tender.
- Perform risk, value management and cost control
- Responsible for collecting, sorting, check other bidding calculation of quantities.
- Accountable for reviewing tender documents, drawings and quantity taking-off.
- Prepare quotations for various technical works, material, manpower etc.
Post-contract:
- Measurement of quantities
- Sourcing of Subcontractors and suppliers
- Evaluation of price comparison
- Estimation for variations submissions
- Monitoring of project variations
- Valuing completed works and preparing subcontractor’s payment
- Attendance of site/technical meetings including preparation of debrief
- Conducting site measurements
- Review and understand all plans and specifications
- Arranging meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to review the specifications, scope of works and method of construction if required
- Preparation of Tender Queries
- Materials Tracking
- Other Ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- ITE/ Diploma/ Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Building, Quantity Survey/ Civil or related is welcome to apply.
