We are a German based commercial dishwasher solution provider with a strong interest in Singaporean and Southeast Asian market. With German-made and Asian-assembled equipment, detergent solutions and a strong local structure, the Company is determined to provide high-performance and cost-effective solutions to professional users here.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, KPIs, and company growth objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including dealer networks, end-users, and new market segments.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, tenders, and business solutions; negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements, conduct site assessments where necessary, and recommend suitable warewashing, dishwashing, hygiene, and related solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and drive sales of equipment, accessories, chemicals, spare parts, rental solutions, and maintenance contracts.
• Manage and grow customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, repeat business, and account expansion.
• Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, Technical, Finance, and Administration teams to ensure effective handling of sales enquiries, successful project implementation, equipment installation, and after-sales support.
• Monitor customers' credit standing and follow up on billings and payments to support healthy account management and payment collection.
• Represent Winterhalter at customer meetings, industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company's products, services, and brand.
