PRACTICE TRAINEE (TRAINEE LAWYER)

Job Summary

TKQP Law LLP seeks a Practice Trainee (Trainee Lawyer) to join our award winning General Litigation team under a practice training contract with a Singapore Law Practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to gather and analyze information supporting cases
• Investigate and verify facts relevant to potential commercial claims to strengthen case arguments
• Draft and review legal documents ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity for case submissions
• Manage and apply workplace legal technologies to improve efficiency in case handling and documentation
• Collaborate with conducting lawyers and team members to prepare and organize case materials effectively
• Maintain organized and detailed case files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external parties to facilitate case progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• You must be a Qualified Person (under the Legal Profession (Qualified Persons) Rules).
• A Qualified Person who intends to undertake your practice training period under a practice training contract.
