Senior Business Analyst (Operational Excellence)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Operational Excellence to drive data-led performance improvement, digitalisation, and process optimisation across their operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing operational KPIs and scorecards, analysing performance trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving the implementation of digital and automation solutions. You will work closely with operations, IT, customers, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain operational KPIs and scorecards.
• Monitor performance and identify areas that require improvement.
• Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards for management.
• Highlight KPI gaps and work with relevant teams on corrective actions.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop applications and workflows using tools such as PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Use Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, RPA, or other analytical and automation tools.
• Work with IT and customers on system changes, new requirements, and process improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Share best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps, Power Automate, or RPA tools.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in KPI reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, or Value Stream Mapping is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
