Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction / Engineering (Semiconductor Plant Project)
• Position Title: Project Engineer (ACMV / Ducting)
• Working Location: Woodlands (Project Site)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret ACMV/ducting shop drawings, isometric drawings, and BIM models to guide site installation works.
• Supervise daily installation of ACMV ducting systems, ventilation systems, and common pipe racks, ensuring work follows approved drawings and project schedules.
• Identify possible service clashes or drawing discrepancies before installation and coordinate with the design or coordination team to develop practical routing solutions.
• Resolve technical issues on site, prepare material take-offs (MTO) based on drawings, and coordinate ducting material procurement and delivery schedules.
• Inspect installation quality to ensure compliance with semiconductor cleanroom requirements and assist the Project Manager with progress documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong ability to read and interpret M&E shop drawings, architectural layouts, and ducting schematics.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing or making minor drawing adjustments on site will be an advantage.
• Experience in ACMV engineering, semiconductor plant projects, or cleanroom environments will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant qualifications and good drawing-reading skills are welcome to apply, and those without prior experience may also be considered as training will be provided.
