Accounts & Admin Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to handle the company's accounting, HR and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly accounts and financial reports, and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and submit GST returns and maintain proper GST records.
• Handle invoicing, payments, receipts and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Assist with audit, tax and other accounting-related matters.
• Handle payroll and basic HR administration, including employee records, leave, attendance and staff documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding and work-pass related administration.
• Handle general office administration, filing, purchasing and coordination with suppliers and service providers.
• Provide administrative support to management and perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with full-set accounting experience.
• Experience in Singapore GST and payroll will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Working Arrangement

• Full-time, Permanent
• Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday work
• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: AMK Industrial Park 2
