Sales Coordinator
About this job
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Manage customers enquiries via emails, whatsapp messages and phone calls
o Coordinate and process customer orders, monitor delivery status, and liaise with warehouse and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
o Ensure that invoices are prepared in an accurate manner according to ordering details (price and quantity).
o Alert Superior on daily orders, inventory status and special customer enquiries
o Manage and collate invoices after delivery.
o Remind and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
o Stay up-to-date with existing and new products details – expiry date, specifications, halal status, country of origin, shipment date.
o Monitor payment terms activities for customers.
o Manage reserved stocks and inventory for Food Service
o Ad hoc Sales Support
