Group Details

Tradeweb is seeking an Integration Specialist to join our Market Support department. This role will provide support and maintenance to our trade processing solutions. Serving as a bridge between business and technology functions, the role will require a great deal of interaction with front office traders, middle and back office operations staff, as well as technical support and developers. You will gain exposure to internal sales,product teams, and technology/development teams to improve and support client integration capabilities.

This function reduces operational risk and greatly improves efficiency and automation for clients and dealers trading in the global fixed-income and derivatives markets. Utilizing various technical standards,including the FIX protocol to link all parties and communicate the information needed to execute, allocate and confirm trades seamlessly.

Job Responsibilities

• Ongoing development, rollout and implementation of integration services including pre/post trade execution, AIEX, and API trading.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, vendors/partners and prospects
• Guide customers through the process of system integration and certify new workflows
• Work with Tradeweb sales force in their efforts to increase trade volume by establishing direct server to server links with customers
• Training customers on new product enhancements
• Work with all product teams on new enhancement
