Location: Changi South

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Duration: 1 year (renewable / convertible to perm)

Salary range: $2800 to $3300

Our client is hiring a Supply Chain Executive / Coordinator to join the Operational Excellence team. Applicants with no prior experience are welcome to apply. In this role, you will gain end-to-end visibility of global shipments, manage client relationships, and work with modern digital logistics platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Track and manage customer orders and shipments from receipt to final delivery.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive tracking updates.
• Exception Management: Identify shipment delays or risks and collaborate with stakeholders to execute recovery plans.
• Process Improvement: Assist with digital tools, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
• No experience needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
