Our client is a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner and ERP consulting firm with extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across various industries. They specialise in helping businesses streamline finance, inventory, sales, and operational processes through digital transformation and tailored ERP solutions.

The role

The Microsoft 365 Business Central Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for customers. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, recommend system solutions, collaborate with technical consultants on customisations, and provide user training to ensure successful adoption and project delivery.

Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 + AWS + PB + Transport

Working hours: HYBRID MON - FRI Office hours

HQ Location: Commonwealth, Singapore

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (On-Premise and Cloud) solutions for customers.

• Gather and analyse business requirements in collaboration with clients and project stakeholders.

• Work closely with in-house technical consultants to design and deliver customised solutions that meet operational and business needs.

• Configure and support financial and inventory modules to align with customer processes.

• Conduct user training and provide guidance to ensure effective adoption and utilisation of the system.

• Assist customers with system testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, application consulting, or support.

• Experience implementing ERP solutions for clients in manufacturing, warehousing/logistics, or F&B environments would be an advantage.

• Good understanding of Financial Accounting, Inventory Costing, and Pricing concepts.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in an ERP software vendor, Microsoft Dynamics partner, or consulting environment will be highly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

• Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
