Facilities Technician

🛠️ YOUR ROLE

• Perform routine inspection & maintenance of plant facilities
• Troubleshoot & repair facility, utility & building systems
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing & facility equipment
• Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance
• Respond to equipment breakdowns & facility issues
• Support cleanroom & environmental control systems
• Work with contractors and internal teams when required

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Management or related
• 2–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
• Hands-on troubleshooting & repair experience of plant facilities
• Knowledge of HVAC / utilities / electrical systems is an advantage
• Comfortable with physical work, ladders and confined spaces
• Willing to work OT/weekends when required
