Sales Account Executive (East / IT Industry)

Account Management

• Manage and grow assigned accounts, primarily across government agencies, while building strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Understand customer needs, coordinate with presales teams on proposals and quotations, and maintain accurate customer profiles.
• Drive account revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction through effective project, payment, renewal, and event/training coordination.

Sales Operations Management

• Coordinate tender briefings and lead bid reviews with presales teams.
• Ensure the timely completion and quality of tender proposals, quotations, and submissions for BQ, RFI, RFP, ITQ, and ITT opportunities.
• Track timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and align resources to support customer engagements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in a System Integrator (SI) or relevant IT environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good sales and opportunity analysis skills.
