HYBRID - Logistics Executive/ Specialist (1 Year)

1 Year Contract (Long term renewable, based on performance/ business needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Track daily inbound and import shipments with carriers such as Expeditors, Flexport and FedEx, escalating delays, damages or shortages and providing regular shipment status updates.

• Coordinate export and import clearance processes, including cargo permits, customs clearance instructions and order pickups with customers, freight forwarders, brokers and internal teams.

• Support external warehouse operations, including finished goods transfers and cargo clearance.

• Manage End User Verification (EUV) documentation and maintain accurate records against relevant sales orders.

• Prepare and update commercial invoices, including manual invoices for RMA cases.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly reconciliation of warehouse reports against NetSuite and routine cycle counts.

• Coordinate replenishment of packaging materials and liaise with vendors to ensure adequate stock levels.

• Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Monitor operational requests and provide timely support during scheduled working hours.

• Coordinate team coverage during planned or unplanned absences to ensure business continuity.
