Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicateclearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The projects will often span offices and time zones, requiring the Project Manager to coordinate with distributed teams. The Project Manager will provide timely updates to senior management, as well as team members, on progress and deadlines.

As Project Manager, you will focus on managing a portfolio of services focused on highly technical topics. In this role, you will ensure that robot users with complex and challenging operational issues have access to specialized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of specialized robot services.
  • Use data, insights, and research to improve the overall customer experience while also generating business value.
  • Break down a complex and ambiguous problem space into clear goals, objectives, and milestones, driving efforts for successful projectcompletion.
  • Facilitate, manage, and oversee work undertaken toensure services consistently meet KPIs and customer expectation.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and robotics projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within the scope and the allocated budget.
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation,including Gantt charts, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, product, and business teams to align project goals with company objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales team on customer requirements and proposals.
  • Implement agile project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Manage the project to be delivered within the allocated budget.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing projects in a robotics related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience designing products or services in an operations focused organization
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and exercising business and technical understanding to drive the organization’s long-term objectives.
  • Experience influencing, prioritizing, and driving projects across partner teams.
  • Experience working with customer support operations, engineering, and horizontal/enablement teams.
